Day 70: Crossing the 200-Pound Milestone

It's been a remarkable journey since my last update, with two significant weigh-ins marking some exciting progress. The first one showed a weight of 91.6kg/202lbs, down from 92.4kg/203.7lbs, followed by another drop to 90.4kg/199.3lbs from 91.6kg/202lbs.

Yes, you read that right—I've finally dipped below 200 pounds! It's a milestone I haven't reached since 2015, and it feels like a major victory in my journey.

Surprisingly, I managed to shed more than a kilogram over the past week, despite enjoying a few family dinners with indulgent desserts over the Easter celebrations. While I could have exercised more portion control during those meals, it seems the excess didn't derail my overall progress.

The consistent loss of over one kilogram per week in recent weeks is a reassuring sign that I haven't hit a plateau—a concern that had been nagging at me. I'm thrilled with the steady progress I've made so far, and the prospect of continuing this momentum is incredibly motivating.

Here's to celebrating milestones, big and small, and embracing the journey ahead!
