Day 5 Update: Nighttime Hunger and Dietary Observations

Last night presented a familiar challenge; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling quite hungry. It appears that nighttime is when my hunger is most pronounced and my self-control at its weakest. This heightened sense of hunger is likely a side effect of another medication I take before bedtime.

To satiate this midnight craving, I had a pita bread with hummus, which helped me fall back to sleep. Upon waking in the morning, my breakfast was modest – coffee and a small piece of bread with peanut butter.

Remarkably, this light breakfast sufficed until 3 PM, and even at this point, I haven't experienced any significant hunger pangs. Another observation worth noting is my lack of strong gastrointestinal reactions to spicy, rich, or sugary foods. This is a relief, especially considering that other participants have reported such issues.

However, today I am experiencing constipation, which is unusual for me as my usual diet tends to keep me regular. I suspect this could be either a side effect of the Wegovy or a result of the recent changes in my diet. It's an aspect I'll be monitoring closely, given that regularity has not been a concern for me in the past.

Overall, today has been a mix of continued appetite control, alongside some new digestive experiences that warrant attention.
